"Academic Conference 67" – Pharmacy Sector Meeting Successfully Held on April 11, 2025

The Pharmacy Sector Meeting of “Academic Conference 67” was successfully organized on April 11, 2025.

At the meeting, the Rector of the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS), Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor B. Damdindorj, extended his greetings and best wishes for the success of the 67th academic celebration to scholars, doctors, pharmacists, and researchers.

Guest speakers at the meeting included:

• Diplomat and Doctor of History Yo. Otgonbayar, who presented on the topic "The New Global Geopolitics and Mongolia",

• J. Bolormaa, Director of Production and Validation at "AIVICO" LLC, who introduced the company,

• D. Bilguun, Researcher at "AIVICO" LLC, who delivered a presentation on "Upstream & Downstream Bioprocessing",

• Dr. B. Perleidulam, Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, School of Pharmacy, MNUMS, who presented on the topic "Study on the Anti-Allergic Effects of Astragalus membranaceus Leaf Extract".

More than 70 research works in the fields of pharmaceutical technology, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical chemistry, and pharmacy management were submitted for the Pharmacy Sector Meeting. Out of these, 10 oral presentations and 29 poster presentations were discussed. The following presentations were recognized as the best:

Best Oral Presentations:

• First Prize: Researcher Ts. Nomin-Erdene and colleagues for the presentation "Study on Dose-Related Issues Identified in 2022-2023",

• Second Prize: Researcher J. Khaliun and colleagues for the presentation "Comparative Study of Liposome Formation Methods",

• Third Prize: Researcher B. Myagmarsuren and colleagues for the presentation "Study on Ethical Issues Encountered by Pharmaceutical Professionals".

Best Poster Presentations:

• First Prize: Researcher B. Khuvtavilan and colleagues for the presentation "Study on the Stability of a Preparation Affecting Water and Mineral Metabolism",

• Second Prize: Researcher G. Odontuya and colleagues for the presentation "Kinetics of Biologically Active Substances in the Raw Material of Paeonia anomala L.".
